User data deletion

You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data. Here’s how.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at our support address (use the Contact us page to reach us).
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my account” or “User data deletion request.”
  3. Include the email address you used to sign up or log in, so we can locate your account.
  4. We will confirm once we have received your request and will process the deletion in line with our Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information where required by law (for example for insurance or regulatory records).
