Adding an eligible additional insured is self-serve: the venue owner, landlord or management company, or a permitting government entity, where your written contract or permit requires it. Caterers, vendors and sponsors cannot be added; they name you as additional insured on their own policies, not the reverse. Waiver of Subrogation and Primary & Non-Contributory are self-serve at quote. Anything structural post-bind (date changes, named-insured changes, wording edits, limit increases) goes through a structured change-request form that routes to ops.
